(3.) The printing pressure is small. Screen printing is soft and flexible, and the printing pressure is small, which has little influence on the content of the optical disc, and is beneficial for protecting the optical disc.

2. Features of offset printing

(1.) The ink layer is thin. The ink layer is generally 2-3 um, compared with silk screen, the ink layer is thin, and the stereoscopic effect is poor. Correspondingly, the ink light curing speed is faster, the ink consumption is small, and the deformation of the disk is not easily caused by the shrinkage of the ink. It has little effect on the flatness of the disc.

(2.) The printed image has a good reproduction effect. In the indirect transfer method, the graphic on the printing plate is transferred to the blanket and then transferred to the printing surface of the optical disk, so that the printed dot is less deformed. Waterless offset printing, its biggest feature is that it does not need ink balance, and the structure without watermark is relatively fine. The number of lines can reach 175-200 lines and inches. The printed pattern is clear, the texture is strong, and the color reproducibility is good. If the silk screen is overly colored, it works better. It is suitable for graphic and graphic themes such as characters and landscapes.
